On March 15-16, the international conference “Euro-Asia Agricultural Products” was held in Astana, the capital of Kazakhstan, with the participation of delegations from more than 40 countries. Panel sessions related to the production of agricultural products, export routes and transportation routes were organized at the conference.
“Azerbaijan Railways” CJSC presented the “Grain express train” project, which ensures the delivery of grain cargoes to destination countries in shorter and safer conditions. According to the project, the economic advantages of transporting Kazakhstan’s grain products to Europe on the Trans-Caspian International Transport Route are more attractive than other alternative routes.
The “Grain Express Train” project envisages the delivery of grain products to Europe through the ports of Turkey and Georgia, passing through Azerbaijan. Director of “ADY Container” LLC, Natig Jafarov, who took part in the conference, gave extensive information to the participants about the potential of the institution on the proposed route.
