With Joint cooperation between the company “ADY Container” LLC and “Azeraliumium” LLC, another logistics operation was carried out for the transportation of cargo. This time containers with green petroleum coke were exported from Azerbaijan to China.
The block train running on the Ganja-Pingyuan route transports 50 forty feet containers. The train, moving along the Trans-Caspian International Transport Route, was delivered from the port of Alat to the port of Aktau in Kazakhstan by the feeder vessel “Barys”. Later, the block train continued to move towards China, through the territory of Kazakhstan.
In order to efficiently use the containers in which baked carbon anodes were previously imported from China, crude petroleum coke was loaded and sent back to China for processing.
The project is being implemented in accordance with the memorandum of cooperation on joint cargo transportation, signed between “ADY Container” LLC and “Azeraluminum” LLC.
