From October 4th to 6th, in the capital of Kazakhstan, Astana, one of the significant events in the regional transport and logistics industry took place – the Transport and Logistics Exhibition “TransLogistica Kazakhstan 2023.” This year, the event brought together more than 200 companies, thousands of participants, and delegates from over 20 countries. It was a major event that attracted the attention of industry leaders, companies, and representatives of government structures from various countries. The exhibition was organized with the aim of discussing and promoting innovations and prospective technologies in the field of transport logistics, as well as new regional logistics routes.
Azerbaijan Railways CJSC, along with its two subsidiary companies, LLC “ADY Express” and LLC “ADY Container,” participated in the exhibition. The joint booth of Azerbaijani Railways attracted the attention of numerous visitors and gained significant popularity. We presented our transport and logistics capabilities in the field of freight transportation, as well as our accumulated experience in transporting goods along the Central Corridor, demonstrating the efficiency of cargo transportation through the territory of Azerbaijan, contributing to improved logistics solutions.
During meetings and negotiations at the exhibition, we shared our innovative approaches to transport solutions and presented our logistics services. Our team of experts answered questions of interest, provided advice, and established new business contacts to attract cargo to transport routes passing through Azerbaijan’s territory.
As part of the Transport Week in Astana, a business forum titled “Trends in Multimodal Transport on the New Silk Road” also took place. This event brought together leaders of industry ministries from foreign countries, representatives of the business community, and prominent industry leaders. The leadership of ADY Express participated in the forum. Considering the diverse opportunities for exchanging experiences and creating new connections, the participation of representatives of Azerbaijan Railways in the “TransLogistica Kazakhstan 2023” exhibition and the business forum was a step towards further development and cooperation in the field of transportation and logistics in the Central Asian region, popularizing transit routes passing through Azerbaijan’s territory, and increasing transit cargo flow.
